Contacting us

When you contact Rapid Rooter & Plumbing, use only the information needed to describe the property and service request. Do not submit payment details, tax identifiers, gate codes, or sensitive tenant information through public website forms.

Current website

When you submit a service request, we collect the contact details, company name (if provided), service address or areas, work-order number (if provided), and problem description you enter. A private copy is stored in WordPress and the details are emailed to rapidrooterokc@gmail.com, our monitored office inbox. Our internal communications system, HSOS, may process these messages to help organize and respond to requests. Submitting a request does not sign you up for marketing or confirm an appointment. This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing subscriptions. Hosting and WordPress may process technical request data and cookies needed to operate the website and administrator sign-in.

Service records

Information provided in connection with a service request is used to communicate with you and handle the work. Call us to discuss access, corrections, or deletion of your information. Records needed for service, accounting, or other business obligations may need to be retained.
